The People Operations Jnr Manager role at our company is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires, develop training programs, oversee performance management systems, and foster engagement and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead international hiring processes and manage onboarding programs
- Design and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Develop and maintain performance management systems and key performance indicators
- Drive employee engagement and resolve conflicts through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Implement innovative HR policies tailored to remote operations
- 3+ years of experience in HR/People Ops with remote startup teams
- Strong hiring, training, and performance tracking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures
- Able to innovate and improve HR processes in a fast-paced environment
