About the Team:

The Partner Management Hub (PMH) is a worldwide network of skilled professionals who manage partner relationships remotely, utilizing a digital-first approach to enhance the performance of the SAP Ecosystem on a large scale. We oversee the comprehensive business relationship with SAP Partners and manage their performance throughout the indirect Customer Value Journey, encompassing Sales, Post Sales, Transformation, and Innovation.

Your Profile:

We seek an individual who is proactive, resilient, and inquisitive. You thrive on engaging in impactful projects and are motivated by continuous learning.

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Communication, or related fields; MBA preferred;
  • Results-driven with strong leadership capabilities, both with and without direct authority;
  • Familiarity with Market Dynamics & IT Competitors;
  • Working knowledge of cloud solutions in a B2B context;
  • Experience in Account, Opportunity, and Territory Management;
  • Proficient in New Business Generation and Prospecting;
  • Able to influence without direct authority;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive team player;
  • Able to collaborate with diverse teams across various regions;
  • Strong analytical skills.

Professional Experience:

  • Substantial experience in IT business functions and related fields (Sales, Customer Service, Consulting);
  • Experience in a partner-facing role;
  • Experience working with Alliances is a significant advantage;
  • Familiarity with SAP Products is beneficial.

Your Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:

  • Oversee and be accountable for partner business performance, including business planning, demand generation, sales, delivery, solution adoption, and renewals;
  • Act as the primary contact for cultivating the partner relationship with SAP, managing all interactions to drive partner investments and growth in SAP's solutions portfolio;
  • Develop and maintain long-term partner relationships across all roles within the partner organization (executives, sales, marketing, technical, etc.), staying informed about organizational changes and the evolving landscape at SAP;
  • Comprehend the partner's business model, economic factors, and key drivers influencing their decisions;
  • Facilitate joint annual business planning with partners to ensure effective execution of Sales, Marketing, and Enablement strategies;
  • Share relevant best practices for demand generation and pipeline development;
  • Assist partners in expanding their SAP footprint to include innovative solutions in their pipeline and demand generation strategies;
  • Monitor partner demand generation plans to align with SAP's current market messaging;
  • Coordinate partner enablement initiatives to empower partners from demand generation to deal closure;
  • Manage the utilization of SAP resources (e.g., Pre-Sales, Training, Services) effectively;
  • Communicate the relevant SAP portfolio in terms of customer and partner value propositions.
