Senior Architectural Designer

This position is part of a design studio, working closely with a team to deliver architectural services within a dedicated design unit. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for producing precise design and construction documents for commercial multi-site clients in the restaurant, retail, grocery, and/or fuel industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and code-compliant construction documents.
  • Provide technical and creative design solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Determine suitable building components and their application.
  • Meet project timelines, deadlines, and commitments for all projects.
  • Assist the project manager in coordinating work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure.
  • 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and advanced techniques.
  • Expertise in drawings, specifications, and building materials.
Work Environment:
  • This role is remote-based and requires full professional fluency in English.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and regularly communicating with U.S.-based colleagues and clients.
