About the Role

Rimini Street, a leading provider of enterprise software support and services, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive client renewal growth in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing clients and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams on renewal strategy and execution
  • Meet or exceed retention targets for the LATAM region
  • Partner with the Global Client Engagement Team to build strong relationships with C-level executives and VP-level decision-makers
  • Articulate and re-sell the value proposition of Rimini Street's support model to clients, addressing objections and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with support agreement provisions and up-sell multi-year non-cancel renewals
  • Manage renewal opportunities in our CRM system and work with sales operations to forecast and report on renewal performance
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the software and support/services industry, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling for major software vendors or competing against them in complex sales situations
  • Understanding of provisions and commercial terms in support agreements
  • Ability to present the Rimini Street value proposition at an executive level and negotiate renewal agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple critical priorities
