Product Operations Excellence

The Product Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring the development and rollout of products that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract key insights from business to inform product enhancements
  • Advise product teams on global feasibility throughout product lifecycle stages
  • Lead strategic partnerships to drive meaningful impact on business outcomes

Collaboration and Communication Strategies
  • Align cross-functional partners on key objectives for programs and products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare products for launch, aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with cross-functional partners across the organization

Operational Efficiency and Strategic Planning
  • Define operational structures and processes to implement product strategies as an individual contributor on a high-performing product operations team
  • Develop end-to-end product testing and rollout plans, and project-manage implementation
  • Monitor core business metrics related to product performance
  • Identify key problem areas and geographies impacted by products post-launch

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep analytical experience, SQL proficiency
  • Strong cross-functional and project management experience
  • Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions
