
Operations Coordinator

We require a skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for field operations personnel and customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate customer appointments to ensure timely and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor technical status, arrival times, and shift completion to maintain high levels of efficiency.
- Identify unfilled time slots, overbooking, inefficiencies, cancellations, and other situations that may impact productivity.
- Manage job pools, schedules, and dispatch work within assigned territory to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by balancing workload between resources, considering skills and spare parts availability.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with field operations personnel and customers. You will need to possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
