We are in search of an exceptional individual to collaborate with our Channel Support team within the Corporations Delivery Organization, contributing to the development of a leading financial infrastructure enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- As a primary contact for our clients, you will manage incoming requests and inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and proficiency in both written and verbal communication with various stakeholders, including executives, employees, legal professionals, and investors.
- Cultivate robust relationships with paralegals and law firm sponsors to enhance Carta's credibility.
- Proactively analyze customer case data to pinpoint areas for paralegal competency enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all communication channels.
- Act as the main liaison for top-tier law firms.
- Organize, prepare for, and facilitate case review meetings and training sessions with designated clients.
- Identify and communicate cap table discrepancies to clients in a timely manner.
- Engage in additional projects aimed at product enhancement, collaborating with product teams as needed.
- Maintain a close partnership with the Support leadership team to align with overarching Support objectives.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for fellow Support team members and other organizational staff.
- Reconcile cap tables and manage other equity-related projects, including repricing, stock splits, and share conversions.
- Support new companies onboarding to Carta through partnerships with law firms and accelerators.
- Gather feedback on support cases to inform product functionality improvements.
