Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic enterprise Sales team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by contacting and building relationships with potential corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research potential partners and compile lists of decision makers
- Approach targeted decision makers through a combination of cold emails, cold calls, and engagement on LinkedIn
- Create a positive first impression with prospects to generate sales conversations
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality, sales, and joining a dynamic and fast-growing company
- 2 years of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making cold calls in English
- Familiar with AI tools to support prospecting and written communication
- Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Team player
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree
