Business Development Manager - Logistics Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our business development team in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Set clear goals and performance targets for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
