Job Title: Field Application Specialist

The field application specialist will be responsible for providing product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout the customer's process. The role requires a strong understanding of life science applications and research topics, as well as experience with laboratory processes and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or related life sciences, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese are required, with Spanish being a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, ELISA, and other laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product training to internal teams and conduct external workshops and seminars.
  • Conduct trials and demos, prepare reports, and collaborate on trial scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Support sales with product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies, including new product testing and demonstrations.
  • Manage the assigned product line to meet sales targets within the territory.
  • Assist in customer process analysis and generate application trials to optimize product design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Biological engineering, biotechnology, or related life sciences degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with Spanish a plus.
  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, ELISA, and other laboratory equipment.
  • Strong learning ability and communication skills.
