About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our sales team to negotiate and optimize complex opportunities, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships, monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven business insights and optimize advertising offerings.
  • Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Support the sales team with pre-sale research and pitch development, ensuring a consultative approach to client relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot client issues, working closely with product and engineering teams to resolve campaign-related problems.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing key accounts in Performance marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
