Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Finance Manager to join our organization at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for integrating the capital expenditure (CapEx) plan into various planning cycles and ensuring that all projects meet our financial criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate CapEx plans into long-term, annual operating plan (AOP), and forecast scenarios for PBF
  • Conduct thorough financial evaluations of PBF projects to guarantee a positive return on investment
  • Coordinate the CapEx committee and project approval process, adhering to our company's policies and procedures
  • Provide financial guidance to teams on CapEx processes, capital investment project evaluation, and policy implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify creative ways to reduce capital utilization through asset-light strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Economics; MBA desirable
  • Proven experience in finance roles with a solid background in financial modeling and scenario design
  • Strong knowledge of project financial evaluation models, cost of capital, internal rate of return (IRR), and return on invested capital (ROIC)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and diverse teams
  • Advanced proficiency in business English, including technical vocabulary, preferably speaking Spanish as well
