We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance, direction and analytical support for functional areas and departments.
- This role leads the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting process across the organization.
- It provides comprehensive financial support, including revenue analysis, expense management and cash flow optimization.
- The position manages complex or cross-functional projects as required.
- Responsible for the monthly close process and reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
- Accounting reconciliation review and resolution.
- Financial planning and budgeting for the organization.
- Departmental performance analysis and variance reporting.
- Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Coaching and development of finance team members.
- Leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA) is preferred.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
