Job Overview

This professional will play a critical role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision-making across all levels of the organization.

We are seeking a candidate with strong corporate finance experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a drive to contribute directly to business results.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as proficiency in SAP (FI and CO modules) or similar systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate annual budgeting and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support short- and long-term financial projections.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets, transforming complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to drive revenue and margin planning and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, operational performance, and key financial metrics analyses.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and strong visual impact.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules) or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
