Job Summary:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and time management
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks from multiple supervisors
  • Fluency in English, Spanish a plus

About This Role:

This position involves managing all aspects of customer orders, from initial inquiry to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Manage customer phone calls and emails to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Process sales orders and track customer deliveries
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet quarterly and yearly targets
