As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, building trust and loyalty through your expertise and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a high level of productivity while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer experience or support, preferably in consumer goods
- Passion for customer success, consultancy, and excellent customer service
- English language fluency and mastery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A mechanical aptitude and interest in understanding how things work
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- R$113,930.40 - R$170,895.60 per year
