The role of a Customer Success Manager is pivotal in driving exceptional customer experiences as part of a leading digital experience platform's global expansion. This position involves partnering with customers to drive business adoption and satisfaction throughout the post-launch journey, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless product integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic partnerships with customers to promote business growth and satisfaction.
- Conducting regular calls to record progress via CRM systems and identifying areas for improvement.
- Delivering executive-level Business Reviews to key customer stakeholders, aligning desired business outcomes with actionable KPIs.
- Translating customer feedback into actionable product direction and strategy, serving as the voice of the customer.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and reports.
- Ability to think strategically and laterally, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Produce clear and well-structured customer-facing documentation and reports.
- Excellent competency in Customer Success techniques and approaches.
- Proactive problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Consultancy skills to identify and promote business benefits to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service skills with internal and external responsiveness.
- Minimum 4 years of Customer Success experience.
