Hemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to our clients across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and other networked devices.
- Manage daily technical support activities, including desktop/laptop support, data network and server management, telephone services, and printer/Scanner/FAX support experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Key Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Advanced English language skills - conversation/writing/listening and comprehension - able to take part in meetings, trainings, etc.
- Service Now tool experience
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and perform under pressure to meet SLA's/Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL foundation certification
- Windows 10 imaging, patching, pre-staging using SCCM 2012
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite/Office 365, Skype for Business
- Video conferencing and other audio/video equipment and technologies hands on experience
