We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and web chat to customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to help customers and internal teams resolve technical issues independently.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product releases to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
