We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in providing exceptional software support services. This role will involve working closely with clients, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver top-notch solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and resolve complex software problems using strong development skills and debugging tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on application support
- Strong understanding of Linux environments, bash scripting, and debugging tools
- Experience with support ticketing systems and SDLC tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA, incident management)
