Global Human Resources Specialist Role

Join our company in the Graduate HR Generalist - AMER region. We are seeking an innovative and proactive individual to play a key role in shaping our global HR function.

As a Global Human Resources Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our team members, ensuring a seamless employment experience from new starter onboarding to benefits enrollment. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts.
  • Maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to drive people strategy and support HR processes.
  • Working collaboratively as a truly global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers, and executives.
  • Processing new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
  • Supporting employees for benefit enrollment and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
  • Liaising with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments.
  • Creating purchase orders for internal departments.
  • Providing administrative support for benefit enrollment and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities and Challenges

  1. Develop and implement efficient HR processes to drive business excellence.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  3. Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure GDPR compliance.
  4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive HR function forward.

What We Are Looking For In You

  • Proven track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
  • Internship experience in HR/People teams, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
  • Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change.
  • Willingness to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
