Experienced Automotive Dealership Managers Sought for Change Management Role

This position is ideal for individuals with a technical, dealership management, or field role background who possess a deep understanding of the dealership environment and the challenges of workshop management. With a strong knowledge of 'Lean' methodology, you will be well-equipped to act as an agent of change and effectively interact with dealership and client personnel at all levels. The role will require a significant amount of travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the effective deployment of dealerships as defined by the dealer program.
  2. Act as a change management expert, guiding and coaching dealers in their journey of change to implement best practices.
  3. Utilize Lean techniques to implement sustainable change to the working practices of workshop teams.
  4. Develop an implementation timeline for appointed dealers.
  5. Train dealer management in their role in Personal Service.
  6. Train all workshop staff in their revised roles and working methods.
  7. Train teams on measuring success using KPIs.
  8. Develop action plans to achieve Personal Service target measures at the dealership.
  9. Collaborate with the network steering group, leading the agenda and following up on actions.
  10. Perform assessments, motivate, and inspire key stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives.
  11. Conduct regular progress reviews with agreed dealer stakeholders.
  12. Escalate any issues or concerns in a timely manner and cooperate effectively with key client stakeholders and the project team.
  13. Certify dealers when they have fulfilled Personal Service target conditions.
  14. Manage time and deliver according to set plans, reporting actual performance and deviations to agreed structures.
  15. Coach new implementation managers in implementing Personal Service.
  16. Communicate and share ideas proactively within the project team.
  17. Take proactive responsibility for personal development and self-learning.

Requirements

Fluent English is mandatory.

Availability to travel 80% of the time.
