We're expanding our presence in Brazil, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our channel partner strategy.
This key role involves onboarding new partners, fostering relationships, and developing innovative strategies from scratch.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and business development expertise, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans
- Identify high-potential organizations accelerating growth into new markets
- Negotiate partnership agreements that balance company objectives, speed, and economic potential
- Monitor, report, and optimize partnership performance
- Manage partner portfolios to meet ambitious targets
- 5-10 years of experience in sales/business development in Brazil
- At least 2 years managing Channel Partners/Resellers
- Fluent English language skills or bilingual proficiency
- Able to lead projects from inception to completion
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
