About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a crucial support function for our Strategy team in Brazil. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth governance activity execution.

This role offers excellent visibility across the organization and opportunities to develop your business acumen in the insurance industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data & Reporting: Assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
  • Governance & Compliance: Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, executive support, or insurance-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Desirable advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2).
