Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects, overseeing junior team members and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to align with business objectives, fostering a culture of open communication and cooperation.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of project leadership experience with a focus on managed care and fee-for-service contract modeling skills.
  • 1+ years of managing the lifecycle of a payer negotiation, including writing/reviewing contracts/proposals and coordinating a broader team.
  • Ability to travel based on client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US Work Authorization required.

  • Experience in matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment.
