Position Overview

In this position, you will assist the Swiss Re L&H Sales Operations Team, focusing on the Life and Health Business Portfolio within Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support Sales Operations by managing all relevant non-client facing activities within L&H, including daily administration of client management tasks, contract oversight, correspondence record management, and general business support processes associated with Sales Operations.


• Generate presentations and run reports as required for Sales Operations.

Team Dynamics:

The Sales Operations team is dedicated to providing service excellence, processing treaty submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team, and serving as the primary contact for our clients' administrative requirements.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an individual with strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to foster effective working relationships in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2026. Proficient in English and possess intermediate Spanish skills, as you will collaborate with a regional team focused on Latin America. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Understanding of (re)insurance principles.
