About the Role

In this position, you will provide critical support to Swiss Re's Sales Operations Team, focusing on the Life and Health Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Providing Sales Operations with comprehensive support for all non-client facing activities, including day-to-day administration of client management tasks, contracts, and correspondence records management, as well as general business support processes associated with Sales Operations.


• Preparing presentations and running reports as needed to support Sales Operations.

About the Team:

The Sales Operations team is a service-focused team that processes treaty submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team and serves as the first point of contact for our clients' administrative needs.

About You:

We are seeking an individual with an analytical profile, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop effective working relationships in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

Requirements:

  • Currently attending a College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary, or related field, with graduation expected in 2026.
  • Advanced knowledge of English and intermediate knowledge of Spanish, with the ability to work on a regional team (Latin America).
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of the (re)insurance industry.
