Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Deal Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our channel deal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and approve partner submissions for new deals, and convert them into opportunities
  • Own quote creation and management, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Obtain proper approvals for quotes and ensure information is transmitted correctly to associated parties
  • Ensure Order Form is correct and submitted to partners, streamlining the deal process
  • Steward the deal process from beginning to end, ensuring timely handoffs and performing timely operational procedures
  • Ensure Purchase Order information is correct and aligned with the Quote or Order Form
  • Assist Revenue Operations as needed with timely and necessary updates
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with different personas in the process
  • Support Sales, Account management, Channel Managers, and Partner Operations in ensuring opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely
  • Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data quality
  • Help drive quicker and tighter deal times by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in sales back office roles, with a focus on quoting, order processing, and deal management
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Salesforce experience required, with a strong understanding of opportunity management and sales operational cycles
  • CPQ and Quoting experience, with a working understanding of the channel space (Resellers, Distributors, ISV, and SI)
  • Familiarity with opportunity management, deal registrations, and channel resell cross-functional team structures
