Key Job Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Partner is a pivotal role responsible for fostering collaboration and innovation across various regions and functions. This includes partnering with Canada/Latin America region as well as Corporate Functions to drive learning and development initiatives.

Job Description:

This position requires an individual with excellent communication, integration, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant, advisor, and project manager on leadership, learning, training, and development across the mentioned regions and functions.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and designing end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives, strategically partnering with other functions and business units, and managing intake in conjunction with Leadership and Development offerings and solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives for the Canada/Latin America region and Corporate Functions.
  • Strategically partner with and align to other functions, Business Units, and service lines within Canada, Latin America, and the surrounding regions.
  • Analyze and address business gaps and needs that target performance improvement, including applying rapid business needs analysis.
  • Manage intake in conjunction with Leadership and Development offerings and solutions, such as learning solutions (i.e., WBT, ILT, micro-learning), Business Challenges, Global Learning programs, Rotation Programs, Leadership Central, and Coaching.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess existing rights to work in Brazil, be fluent in both written and verbal English, and have in-depth experience with Learning & Development, including facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching/mentoring, and managing multiple projects.

Benefits:
