Global Automotive Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead key transformation initiatives within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket dynamics globally, including supply base, customers, and project management skills.
This role involves working with regional and global teams to identify and propose new initiatives that will provide significant impact to our profit and loss (P&L) statement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining, directing, and controlling strategic transformation initiatives;
- Working with cross-functional teams to challenge status quo and launch new initiatives;
- Developing supplier partnerships and strategic alliances to support company strategies;
- Captitalizing on purchasing opportunities to create leverage across commodities;
- E nsuring supplier approval process is followed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket dynamics globally;
- Project management skills and ability to identify business opportunities through different sourcing options;
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate contracts;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with suppliers and managing relationships.
