Job Title: Enablement Business Partner

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for enabling business growth through effective sales enablement. As an Enablement Business Partner, you will be working closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, deliver targeted enablement programs, and reinforce critical selling behaviors.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Leadership, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to influence sales leaders and drive behavior change through enablement programs.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the employee to divide their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent on-site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with sales and GTM leadership to understand strategic objectives and business goals
  • Translating strategic objectives into quarterly enablement plans that address skill, process, and execution gaps
  • Collaborating with regional sales leaders and frontline managers to identify specific team or individual performance gaps
  • Building and executing customized enablement plans tied to performance outcomes
  • Coaching frontline managers on how to drive and reinforce performance within their teams
  • Serving as the main enablement point of contact for the GTM team
  • Designing and delivering targeted training programs for GTM teams based on business needs
  • Facilitating live and virtual training sessions, deal clinics, role plays, and workshops focused on skill development
  • Reinforcing adoption of sales methodologies and internal processes and tools
  • Acting as a strategic feedback loop to the Enablement, Product, and GTM Ops teams
