We're seeking a seasoned CRM and Loyalty Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will lead consulting projects for priority clients, ensuring exceptional standards based on global best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Client teams to understand client needs, drive new business, and develop existing client relationships.
- Liaise with Media & CE Consulting Teams to define and drive best practices globally.
- Support pre-sales activities, training sessions, and content updates.
- Build compelling Media & Customer Engagement case studies.
