A função de Barista é fundamental para garantir uma experiência satisfatória para os clientes em nosso estabelecimento. Com atenção ao detalhe e um sorriso amigável, você será responsável pelo preparo e serviço de cafés e bebidas.

O ideal candidato deve ter habilidades em comunicação eficaz, flexibilidade para trabalhar em equipe e capacidade de lidar com diferentes situações durante a operação diária.

Também é importante destacar que a posição exige conhecimento técnico sobre o funcionamento das máquinas de café e equipamentos relacionados, bem como aplicação de normas de higiene e segurança alimentar.

Além disso, o candidato deve estar ciente dos requisitos básicos da posição, como Ensino Médio completo e vivência em funções relacionadas a atendimento em estabelecimentos de alimentos e bebidas.

Requisitos e qualificações:
  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Vivência em funções relacionadas a atendimento em estabelecimentos de alimentos e bebidas;
  • Conhecimento em preparo de cafés, chás e bebidas especiais;
  • Operação, limpeza e manutenção preventiva de máquinas de café e equipamentos relacionados;
  • Aplicação de normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e controle de qualidade;
  • Noções de atendimento ao cliente e operação de caixa;
