We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees with everyday technical challenges.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of internal computer hardware and software. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
You will also play a key role in monitoring and managing network security to ensure the safety of company data. In addition, you will provide training and support to employees to help them become proficient in using various software applications.
Requirements- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with a basic understanding of network and computer maintenance.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS etc.) and office software.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and offer technical support.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- IT certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA A+) are preferred.
