Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as business economics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong background in risk management
  • Proven track record in credit underwriting and managing financial and non-financial risks
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Thought leadership and coaching/guidance/steering abilities
