GSI Partnership Development Executive

As a GSI Partnership Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Global Sales Initiative (GSI) strategy within Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a channel-driven IT industry, preferably in Brazil and the greater LATAM region. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of developing and handling strategic partnerships/alliances on an enterprise level.

  1. Develop and execute a GSI GTM strategy & business planning within Brazil.
  2. Drive pipeline & revenue growth through close collaboration with global & vertical teams, OEM, Resellers, SI, Consultants, Start-up, ISV, CSP etc.
  3. Ensure ongoing reporting & transparency.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. You should also be able to motivate and initiate action, while demonstrating ownership and accountability within a team environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about bridging industry and technology, with a passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Key qualifications include:

  • 10+ years within Enterprise Channel Sales.
  • University degree or above, preferably in a business and/or technical discipline.

Additionally, any additional Asian languages would be a bonus.
