Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to understand key drivers of profitability and growth.
  • Leading senior-level executives through discovery-based learning experiences, facilitating participant understanding of relevant content areas.
  • Collaborating and leading small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and generating leads.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, full-time contract (subject to a probation period of 3 months), casual and fun professional atmosphere emphasizing flexibility and individual growth, and hybrid work arrangement (3 office days and 2 homeoffice).

Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese skills, with Spanish being an asset.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projects.
  • Interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management, and consultative selling.
  • An outstanding degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, delivery, and financial analysis, MBA or similar.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A desire for extensive domestic and international travel.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization.
  • A mature and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 60% of the year).
