Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting and analytics requirements
  • Create documentation and business plans aligned with stakeholder needs
  • Act as a liaison between IT, data science/R&D, and Product Management to support analytics models and data solutions
  • Manage data from single sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance
  • Enhance and automate current-state reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support the evolution of analytical capabilities by interpreting insights and defining business needs in partnership with established teams

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics/Finance/Computer Science/Data Engineering/Decision Science/Data Science
