About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Training Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our Global CX Academy, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering high-quality training initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for Cluster teams, aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent onboarding process for new starters, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage and deliver ILT trainings on brand, product, service, sales, clienteling, styling, specialist skills, soft skills, and management development for Retail, B2B, and Client Services B2C teams.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers, local HR, and Instore Coaches to ensure a proactive approach to training and development.
  • Support the Management team in building individual coaching plans, identifying future talent, and leveraging Voice of Customer and Service Audit results to drive improvement.
  • Track and manage the quality and impact of all trainings, providing regular follow-up initiatives to sustain and embed learning.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Training Manager in luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced level of English and Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Spanish is an asset.
