Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior AI Manager with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in process, project management and digital transformation, with a focus on driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing processes.

  • Lead and Assist in Planning: Monitor and support system workflows to ensure smooth project management execution (planning, process mapping, development and implementation).
  • Innovative Solutions: Propose innovative solutions and best practices for Sales/Marketing areas
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and operations teams to identify challenges that can be solved with AI.
  • AI Tools: Help assess and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, or vendors aligned with business needs.
  • Data Preparation: Support in data preparation, cleansing, and governance to ensure quality inputs for AI/ML models.
  • Project Management: Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Change Management: Contribute to change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor pre and post-implementation performance metrics to validate ROI and continuous improvement.

Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Administration.
  • Microsoft Office Advanced
  • Asana Project Management
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
