Key Role in International Client Management

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead and manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring their corporate structures meet the highest standards of compliance, tax efficiency, and legal integrity.

This leadership role is central to supporting our clients in navigating international structuring, legal and fiscal requirements, while also contributing to the growth of our business.

  • Advise clients on international corporate structuring, helping them achieve optimal tax and legal positioning across jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant global tax regulations and transparency standards (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR).
  • Oversee the management and administration of corporate structures, partnerships, and trusts in line with legal and fiscal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and compliance teams on matters related to tax, financial reporting, and administration.
  • Monitor changes in legislation, anticipate risks, and provide proactive guidance to clients on tax, legal, and compliance impacts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing client service teams.
  • Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
