As a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for crafting and refining business intelligence solutions that drive insights and inform strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement workflows to automate reporting processes and build interactive tools that enable stakeholders to configure report parameters.
  • Train end-users and create documentation on the use of data tools to empower them with self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to develop and implement business intelligence strategies and processes that ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Support data analysts in delivering larger, complex projects and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and support our reporting platforms.

**Requirements**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or operations research is necessary.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in business intelligence, building visualizations/dashboards based on large data sets and/or working with complex queries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting is necessary.
  • Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or similar is beneficial.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively is required.
  • Willingness to undergo any training and certifications as directed by the company is expected.
  • Ability to communicate data and technical ideas in writing and verbally to both team members and non-technical colleagues is necessary.

**Nice to Have Requirements**

  • Experience within the iGaming industry is desirable.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or similar is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts is helpful.
  • Knowledge of using web APIs, web scraping, data cleaning, and writing simple ETL scripts is advantageous.
