Computer Support Specialist

The role of a Computer Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring employees remain productive by providing on-site support for hardware, software, applications, installations, and mobile devices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level service in resolving hardware and software issues within computer systems (70% MAC and 30% PC)
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops (MAC and PC), laptops, printers, and mobile applications
  • Provide timely responses to end-user product-related inquiries for all supported hardware, software, and applications
  • Analyze problems to identify areas requiring improvement and provide corrective action, recommending solutions to client application and account related issues
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Maintain relevant certifications to perform required responsibilities in support of specific computer networks, hardware, software, and applications being supported
  • Familiarity with networking, Airwatch, SCCM, and Cisco routers and switches
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and handle changing demands

About the Role:

This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and engagement with end-users. A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent experience is necessary for this role.
