Key Responsibilities
Directly market Validity's products and services to businesses targeting specific personas across various industries. Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets. Collaborate with dedicated Sales Development Representatives to generate new business opportunities. Engage in a team-oriented approach to manage all prospecting, qualification, sales activities, and targets within a defined territory. Employ Validity's sales methodology to identify customer needs and articulate the value of the solutions we provide. Achieve proficiency in utilizing Salesforce CRM tools for managing contacts, tracking opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Required Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales framework. Comfort with established sales training methodologies (Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, or similar). Proven experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS technology products or services, engaging with business influencers, and achieving monthly performance goals. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to multitask with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management capabilities. Experience with CRM systems for managing and forecasting sales opportunities. Proficient in utilizing sales technologies such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, and Gong. Ability to independently source opportunities through cold outreach as well as warm and inbound leads. Fluency in English and Portuguese. Willingness to work from Validity's office multiple days each week. Preferred Qualifications and Skills
A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. At least 1 year of successful experience in a quota-carrying sales role. Knowledge or experience in the Email Deliverability or Data Management sectors. Experience with in-person events is advantageous.
