About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Américas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Idea Generation: Develop and implement a strategy to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans, including financial projections, market analysis, and operational strategies.
  • Deal Origination: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
