Job Title: Human Resources Director
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Director to lead our team in achieving strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of federal and state laws, with experience in recruiting, payroll, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
- On-board and Induct employees successfully.
- Develop Employee Engagement & Retention Practices.
- Understand Compensation & Benefits / Payroll processes.
- Manage Time and Attendance effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of Brazilian Federal and State laws.
- Deal with Sintratel and Contact Center experience.
- Finding resources for hiring and talent acquisition.
- Effective HR Analytics and Reporting.
- Grievances Handling and Resolution.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance.
- Handle Adhoc requirements.
- Help resolve people issues and align human resources strategies to produce business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- 9-12 years experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
