Job Description
  • We seek an experienced HR professional with advanced English skills to join our Human Resources and Personnel administration team.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Act as liaison between the HR department and internal management to answer questions or concerns regarding policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Propose new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency.
  • Analyze human resources data and make recommendations to HR management on identified opportunities.
  • Help manage and develop a team of HR assistants and analysts.
  • Assist HR management with localizing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring proper procedures are followed and paperwork is completed and filed.

Required qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including coordination and managerial roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or related fields.
  • Working experience dealing with people and service orientation.
  • Proven experience in similar positions in services/IT industry companies.
  • Advanced English level.
