About The Role

Lead go-to-market strategy for novel mineral-based carbon removal products across agricultural and mining sectors, overseeing the entire value chain from mineral inputs to field operations. This is a senior role requiring bold strategy and operational precision to drive transformational scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and scale a novel carbon removal product from early traction to national impact in agriculture and mining; a 1-100 leadership role requiring bold strategy and relentless execution.
  • Drive the design and execution of a world-class ERW deployment operation across Brazil with scalability in mind.
  • Translate carbon and climate goals into clear operational strategies and regional delivery models.
  • Drive continuous improvement via operational KPIs, systemisation, and data-driven performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field strategy with scientific standards and operational goals.
  • Oversee the sourcing, logistics, and deployment of rock powder from mine to farm; ensure compliance with carbon standards and farmer requirements.
  • Support legal to uphold integrity in carbon reporting and environmental impact.
  • Lead a large and growing team across Brazil and globally; collaborate with Carbon, Science, and Technology teams and strategic partners.
