
Strategic Partnership Operations Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by formulating and implementing stratification plans for 3PL partners. This critical position requires a deep understanding of strategic operations and business analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors, and at least 3 years of experience in strategic operations, business analysis, 3PL management, or related fields.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive stratification plans for 3PL partners
- Designing systematic rights and interests incentive programs
- Creating medium- and long-term strategies for partners
A strong data analysis and communication skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in English and experience in building incentive systems, scoring systems, and SQL.
