Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement stratification plans for 3PL, collaborating with cross-functional teams to categorize partners accurately and establish a fair structure.

2. Design systematic incentives programs to promote healthy competition among partners, ensuring their growth aligns with the platform's development needs.

3. Formulate medium- to long-term strategies for partners, working closely with frontline teams to help high-quality partners scale sustainably and achieve mutual benefits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.

2. Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in B-end and D-end strategic operations, business analysis, 3PL management, or related fields is preferred.

3. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential, with preferences given to candidates with experience in building incentive systems, scoring systems, and SQL skills.

4. Relevant work experience in formulating fulfillment and delivery strategies, rider management, and familiarity with crowdsourcing and franchise models are required.

5. Proficiency in English is necessary as the primary working language.
